Starting from this precious raw material, we have created a gelato paste capable of preserving the ancient taste of Malaga tradition. Its strong point? The presence of sweet and full bodied raisins, left to patiently macerate for hours in the wine itself. A gelato with a straw yellow color and amber nuances.
