This is an ancient and all-natural pear growing in Valle del Sinni, an unspoiled valley in Lucania countryside, whose natives used to eat that fruit thanks to organoleptic properties, vitamins, calcium and potassium. “Pera Signora” is a little yellow pear, with typical light red streaks on the peel: it will give your sorbet a natural light yellow color, with an exlcusive sweet and fresh flavor
